What's For Dinner???

I am creating this blog mainly for myself. Every week I find myself trying to figure out what to plan for dinners for the week. I have to keep in mind my children, who refuse to eat most vegetables. I have to keep in mind myself, a busy mother of four. And I have to keep in mind my husband, who works hard and deserves a good meal at the end of each day. I have a huge list of dinners that we all like. But sometimes they get boring or I forget them. So this is a place where I can write it all down and go back and see what I had. I can see my own patterns of what we ate and when. You know, summer light dinners and winter comfort foods. So here is my little blog. More for myself than anything. But if it helps someone else...great!
