Monday- Slow Cooker Green Chicken with diced avocado on Cilantro Rice

Tuesday- BLAT Salad and Baked Potatoes

Wednesday-Crock Pot Beef Stew over Rice with Salad

Thursday- Turkey Veggie Burgers, Sweet Potato Fries, and Carrot and Apple Coleslaw

Friday-Healthy Chicken Salad Sandwiches with veggie platter

Saturday-Whole Wheat Blender Pancakes and Fruit

Sunday- Balsamic Roasted Chicken, Potatoes and Carrots, and Spinach Salad
